Contact Forms

We aim to answer all queries quickly, but we receive so many requests that delays are inevitable (and often huge). We deal with physical mail roughly once a month, so if you send us a CD for urgent review, it's a good idea to tell us you've done so, using the general contact form.

Note: If you supply an email address (where relevant), we will automatically attempt to send to that address a copy of the information you provide.

Please note that NoiseFactory (Alch's trading name) is firmly based in hyperspace. Because the whole enterprise is run from Alch's bedroom, we never publish our physical address or phone number.
